Pasta with cod and sea buckthorn sauce
Seaweed pasta with pickerel and sea buckthorn beurre blanc
Here, Sune Rasborg has conjured a dish with sea buckthorn and local pasta together, we have tested it and it is more than approved! Very easy and quick to make.
And incredibly delicious.
Two individuals
You will need:
1/2 package of seaweed pasta from Pastariket
2 dl 100% sea buckthorn juice
75 g of butter
200 g cod fillet or other cod fish
Chopped fresh herbs, just choose your favorite herbs
Possibly. Sea buckthorn flakes
Here's how you do it:
Put the juice in a saucepan with the fish and steam it until it is done.
Remove the fish and reduce the liquid to half.
Cook the pasta as directed on the package.
The butter is mounted in the reduced sea buckthorn juice. Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper.
Toss the drained pasta into the sauce together with the fish, which has been picked into smaller pieces.
The entire glory is arranged on a plate and garnished with freshly chopped herbs or perhaps arugula and possibly sea buckthorn flakes.
