Gin & Tonic with sea buckthorn
We have given the classic Gin & Tonic a Nordic touch with our sweet sea buckthorn juice.
It adds an exotic flavor and a nice color and is lovely no matter what time of year it is.
- 1 part sweet sea buckthorn juice
- 2 parts gin, e.g. sea buckthorn gin from Wild Distillery
- 4 parts tonic
Course of action
1. Pour gin and juice into a tall glass with ice and top with tonic and garnish if necessary. with a few frozen sea buckthorn or a slice of orange
