This white rum from Scotland is super suitable for a Bohato - The Bornholm Mojito. It is strong enough to taste through and its fine notes of pineapple, unripe fruit and grapes go really well with our sweet sea buckthorn juice.
We use it for Bohato for 'Drinks in the countryside' and now we have tested it for a homemade Bohato, i.e. one you can make in your own kitchen if you have a good blender and here it is really good.

6 cl. sweet sea buckthorn juice
5 cl. Great Dane White Rum
210 gr. ice cubes
some chocolate mint
Put sweet juice, rum and ice cubes in a good blender that can withstand blending ice cubes and run it to a smooth mass.
Finely chop some chocolate mint and mix it with the blended Bohato in a glass.
Serve with a straw and some mint on top.
