ENE Sea buckthorn tastes of Bornholm. It is made from sea buckthorn, from our plantation in Ibsker, and the berries give fine notes of freshness and acidity. And of course it is developed and produced at Wild Distillery in Åkirkeby, where they are almost gin experts.
This gin is distinguished by purity and balance in taste, and with fine notes of sea buckthorn and citrus. Simple and elegant in taste and aroma. It is one of our own favorites and the same applies to most of the guests who pass by the farm shop, where it is always possible to get a small taste test.
This gin tastes great together with e.g. our sweet sea buckthorn juice and tonic.
