We've made a super delicious alternative to the traditional mulled wine and it's also an alcohol-free version. We call it a 'Sea Buckthorn Winter Warmer'.
This is a bag of organic spices, in the amount that suits the recipe and it gives just over a liter of juice.
You need a bottle of 100% organic sea buckthorn juice, 250 ml., this bag of spices and then some sugar and water.
You can of course add rum, schnapps or white wine of your choice.
The bag contains organic spices from ASA Trading, whole cinnamon, cardamom seeds, cloves and star anise.
